Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) are processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
2. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS AND FREE SHIPPING
We deliver to the following destinations. Free shipping thresholds apply as indicated below. For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
European Union (27 member states): Free shipping on orders over 65 EUR.
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £65. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over 65 EUR. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
United States: Free shipping on orders over 120 USD. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Canada: Free shipping on orders over 120 CAD. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The timeframes below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.
France (Metropolitan): 3–5 business days
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 3–5 business days
Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal: 5–7 business days
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
Switzerland: 5–7 business days
United States: 7–12 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
4. CARRIERS
We work with trusted international carriers. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your destination, order size and availability. You will always receive tracking information regardless of the carrier assigned.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mozaisack.com.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND FAILED DELIVERIES
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local pickup point. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. MOZA ISACK is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.
7. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
MOZA ISACK is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or any other events outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@mozaisack.com.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@mozaisack.com. If your parcel is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us. We will open an investigation and, upon confirmation of loss, offer you a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law.
9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER EU LAW
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to receive your goods within the timeframe agreed at the time of purchase, or within 30 days if no timeframe was specified, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). If we fail to deliver within this period, you are entitled to request a full refund.
