Orders Where can I find my order confirmation? In the My Account section, you can view your order status and order history. Alternatively, you can contact customer service.

How can I check my order status? Go to the My Account page, log in with your email and password, and view all your orders. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed (if available).

Purchasing & Service Where can I purchase MOZA ISACK products? In the online store and at temporary pop-up shops as announced.

Do you ship to other countries? Yes. We deliver to all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. For international orders outside these destinations, please contact us at info@mozaisack.com.

Is it safe to make a payment on the website? Yes. The website uses advanced SSL encryption for full protection of your information.

Returns & Exchanges What is the return policy? You may exchange or return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original packaging, hermetically sealed and unused. Please note: touching the product or opening the packaging constitutes use. Samples cannot be returned or exchanged.

Coupons & Benefits How do I use a discount code? Enter it at checkout after logging into your account. One code per order. Personal and one-time use only, generally not combinable with other promotions.

Privacy Can anyone else see my personal information? No. The website is secured with SSL and your details are not shared with third parties without consent.

Newsletter & Samples How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list? Via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Can I request samples? We will do our best to provide them based on availability, but cannot guarantee it.
